1. Use of this site

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this site. You may not use it for an unlawful or prohibited purpose.

2. Products and pricing

Products, descriptions, availability, and prices may change without notice. We may correct errors or inaccuracies and cancel an affected order when necessary.

3. Orders and payment

You agree to provide current and accurate order and account information. Payments are handled securely by third-party payment providers. We do not accept personal cheques or cash on delivery.

4. Shipping

We ship orders in a timely fashion, but carriers may experience delays after dispatch. One order can be delivered to one destination. Any free-shipping threshold or coupon applies separately to each order.

5. Intellectual property

Vintage Fork’s logos, images, product descriptions, and original site content may not be reused without permission.

6. Liability and governing law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vintage Fork is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use this site or purchased products. These terms are governed by Alberta law and applicable Canadian law.

7. Accounts and email communications

When you create or use a Vintage Fork account, we may send account, sign-in, security, order, receipt, rewards and service notification emails to the email address you provide.

With your consent, we will also send marketing and promotional emails about tea news, new products, events and offers. On the POS guest screen, the account checkbox covers agreement to these terms and the Privacy Policy, together with consent to receive these emails. You can make a purchase without an account or email subscription. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in a marketing email. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary account or transaction notifications.

At our POS, verify your email with a sign-in code or show staff the QR code from your signed-in account to connect it to the current sale. A shared guest screen does not keep you signed in. See our Privacy Policy for information about how we use your details.

8. Changes and questions

We may update these terms and post a new effective date here. Questions can be sent to info@vintagefork.ca.
