1. Information we collect

When you place an order, create an account, or contact us, we may collect your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, account information, and order details.

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. Vintage Fork does not store or have access to your complete payment-card details.

2. Information collected automatically

Website hosting and security services may process technical request information to deliver pages and protect the site. Our optional site analytics is separate: after your permission, it counts public-page visits using a random browser identifier. It does not store your account information, IP address, full page URLs, search parameters, or referrer, and it does not measure cart, checkout, account, sign-in, admin, or point-of-sale pages.

4. Email communications

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting info@vintagefork.ca. Service emails related to an order may still be sent.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies may be used for core site functions, preferences, security, analytics, and performance. Disabling cookies in your browser may affect some features.

Site analytics starts off and has its own choice in Cookie settings. Permission for shopping activity does not grant permission for site analytics. Accept all allows both; Only essentials declines both; Save choices keeps your selections independent. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals prevent both optional activities. The mobile app uses essential shopping cookies only.

If you allow optional shopping cookies, Omnisend can record the shopping pages you visit and whether you add to your cart, and connect those actions to your contact when it recognizes you, including through an Omnisend email or signup form. Before checkout, cart contents are shared for reminders only after a separate cart reminder choice. This may be used for relevant follow-up emails. You can accept, decline, or change this choice using Cookie settings in the website footer. The mobile app uses essential shopping cookies only and does not enable optional browsing tracking. Email subscription and cart reminder choices are separate.

6. Sharing information

We may share information with payment, shipping, email, analytics, and security providers only as needed to operate the business. We do not sell or rent personal information.

7. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical protections. No internet transmission is completely secure. Information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy and applicable legal obligations.

Optional site analytics page events are retained for 63 days. Its random browser identifier expires 90 days after your last consenting visit, with that expiry renewed when you visit while analytics is allowed. Declining analytics removes the identifier from your browser and stops new measurements. Your saved privacy choices remain so we can respect them on future visits.

8. Your rights

9. Children and third-party links

This site is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Third-party websites and apps have their own privacy practices.
